Returns
You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.Exchanges
- Exchanges for a different size, color, or product are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- The quickest way to exchange is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original. Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund for the original purchase.
- If the exchange is due to a product defect or shipping error, Ulfhednar USA will cover return shipping and send the replacement at no additional cost.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact our customer service team with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos if applicable. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization number.
